COMMUTATORS & SLIP RINGS

With over 50+ years of experience in the industry, we offer approx. 800 types of commutators with OD 4mm up to 385mm moulded type of construction and also custom-made (handcrafted) commutators for larger machines with steel and mica construction.  The range for this type of crafted commutator is OD from 50mm up to 1400mm. Our slip ring range between 25mm ~ and 400mm.

PERMANENT MAGNETS

The most common permanent magnets made of rare earth metals are manufactured with Neodymium, Iron and Boron. These magnets are characterized by a good quality/price rate while Cobalt ones are more expensive because of international market trends.

Permanent magnets can be manufactured mainly with ferrite or by using rare earth metals.

We can produce custom design magnets, rotors and stators with tight tolerance, which includes various magnet grades as the main component.

 

MOTOR HOUSING

We offer motor housing and related components of small to larger size electric motors, pumps, and sensor applications.

We are specialized in deep-drawn housing components for small motors, including wiper motors, window lift motors, micro-motors, fuel pumps, starter motors, solenoid switches, magnet cups, canisters for small pumps etc mainly in automotive and other industrial applications.
